چکیده

In this study, the diversity of thrips (Insecta: Thysanoptera) on two varieties olive trees (Chemlal and Sigoise) in northeast Algeria (Province Batna), was evaluated for 3 years (2019–2021). addition, fluctuations numbers phytophagous were estimated according to phenological stages. A total 19 species are identified (Liothrips oleae) have just been reported first time Algeria. Only 5 females collected May 2021 Sigoise variety at fruit-setting stage. Haplothrips tritici(17.25%), Frankliniella occidentalis (16.29%) Thrips tabaci most present. It is noticed that present tree only spring (April May), when average monthly temperatures between 10–26 °C, but linear regression analyses not confirmed temperature explain variation numbers, which may be due other climatic factors such as rainfall, while stages affecting population thrips, their number higher variety, especially flowering stage case H. tritici F. T. noticeable fruit growth The relatively low, until inflorescence stage, where start appear before Chemlal.

Diversity of Fungal Trunk Pathogens Associated with Grapevine Dieback of Grapevine in Algeria

A significant reduction in vine production has recently been recorded in several vine regions in Algeria due to the death (total or partial) of many vines and to the pulling of many vineyards that had showed too many symptoms of decline. This study was conducted during spring 2010 2012 to detect the responsible agents for this disease. Samples of grapevine wood were collected in five grapevine ...

Assessment of genetic diversity and identification of SSR markers associated with grain iron content in Iranian prevalent wheat genotypes

Iron is one of the most important nutrients in the human diet. According to the high consumption of staple foods such as wheat, the deficiency of iron in these crops would lead to nutritional disorders and related complications. To identify microsatellite markers associated with wheat grain iron content,38Iranian prevalent wheat genotypes were assessed using 30 pairs of genomic and EST microsat...
